Education and Academic Qualifications
- Law degree from the University of Barcelona, obtained in 1992.
- Official Real Estate Agent qualification since 2001 (No. 1133 – AICAT 1003). Member of the Official Association of Real Estate Agents of Barcelona and Lleida.
- European Master’s Degree in Law (MECES), within the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
- Postgraduate qualification in Legal Practice at the Barcelona Bar Association, from 1994 to 1996.
- Public and private conciliator recognised by the Council of the Catalan Bar Associations, in accordance with the collaboration agreement with the Department of Justice and Democratic Quality, accredited by the Catalonia Mediation Centre.
Professional Experience and Activities
- Practising lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association since 1993.
- Postgraduate training in Legal Practice in 1994–1995.
- Practising independently since joining the Bar in 1993.
- Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the General Council of the Official Associations of Real Estate Agents (COAPI).
- Conciliator and Independent Expert serving in both the public and private appointment systems.
- Certificate in Insolvency Law, awarded by the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) in collaboration with the Barcelona Bar Association.
- Began her career at Fincas Gras, a Barcelona law firm specialising in real estate and civil law, where she worked from 1993 to 2004.
- Has practised through her own law firm, GR ADVOCATS, since 2005.
- Ongoing professional development in mortgage and banking law, including participation in consumer law conferences and national professional events.
- Participated in the Empresa i Ciència Foundation’s Consolida Programme at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2018–2019).
- Currently contributes to various publications and collaborates with ISDE (Institute of Law and Economics).
- Court-appointed expert specialising in property valuations, as well as an expert in the valuation and distribution of inherited estates.
- Professional practice incorporating mediation techniques.

- Contributor to Compendium.cat, a legal Catalan language resource portal that brings together legal and linguistic resources from across the Catalan-speaking territories. The initiative is supported by eighteen Catalan and Andorran institutions and organisations, led by the Catalan Bar Council, in collaboration with the Catalan Government’s Departments of Justice and Culture. It brings together more than 700 resources to promote the use of Catalan in the legal profession and is available to legal practitioners, language professionals and the general public, supporting the use of Catalan in the justice system and other areas of society.
